We recently completed such a review.  It was clear to us that the traditional approach of CPA firms to service clients will not provide the best outcome over the next five years.  We have reviewed all our products and services and have made some changes and integrated them into a unique Business ManagementControl℠Platform.  We have also updated our continuing education program to ensure our partners, managers and staff are current on all things necessary to give our clients unparalleled business advantages in today’s dynamic marketplace.  And we have created, as part of our ManagmentControl platform, an operational business process that ensures cross pollination of ideas and the contribution of knowledge and experience across the organization to address the individual needs of all our clients.

We have fundamentally changed the nature of our business from being a group of partners with individual books of business to a company of Strategic Accounting Advisors who draw on all knowledge and experience in the company for the advantage of each and every client.
