Scott is a manager in the firm’s accounting and auditing practice. After 12 years with JHS, becoming experienced in accounting, auditing, and taxation of the construction industry, Scott spent 9 years as the Controller/Chief Financial Officer for one of the firm’s clients where he managed all of the financial matters of three companies.

Adept at many accounting software programs, Scott has provided valuable software consulting and interim controller services for our clients.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has also served as treasurer of the Construction Craft Training Center, Clayton Valley Pony League and the Bancroft Elementary School Parent Faculty Club.

Scott graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
